Shipping

• We ship to US addresses only.
• Every order is 3D-printed after you place it and ships within 3–5 business days.
• Shipping is free. Orders go out by USPS with a tracking number emailed to you.

Returns and refunds

• If your order arrives broken, misprinted, or the lid won't close, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll reprint it or refund you in full, your choice.
• Changed your mind? Return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. You pay return shipping.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
• To start a return, message @hideyopeptides on TikTok, or reply to your order receipt email.

Privacy

When you order, Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address and payment details so we can charge you and ship your order. We see your name, email and address. We never see or store your card number.

We use your details only to fulfil and support your order. We don't sell or share them, except with the carrier that delivers your package.

Terms

• HideYoPeps sells 3D-printed storage containers made from PLA plastic, based in North Carolina.
• Our products are for storage only. They are not food containers, medical devices or child-resistant packaging. Keep them away from heat, dishwashers and children.
• Each piece is printed to order, so small print lines and slight color differences are normal.
• Prices are in US dollars and include shipping.
